About Bella

Bella Arnold is a journalist, writer and editor. Over the summer, she interned at Vulture. Everyday, she wrote stories about internet culture, the entertainment industry, music, and pop culture. Her most viewed story was about allegations against Miranda Sings, which was the #1 story on Vulture’s website for over a week. Her favorite stories to do are about interesting people doing weird, funny things. She’s working on a story about a Black Sabbath cover band that dresses and McDonald’s characters called Mac Sabbath, at the moment for KALX. Currently, she is studying audio journalism and narrative writing at UC Berkeley’s graduate school of journalism, being advised by Shereen Marisol Meraji and Jennifer Kahn. Her research has been published in LAist and Mercury News. In May 2022, she graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach where she received her B.A. in journalism with a minor in creative writing.
